The (fictional) Green Gardens Subdivision is creating a unique opportunity to live in a family-friendly neighborhood while investing in the environment, without additional fuss or cost.

THE PROBLEM

"Eco-friendliness" is often associated with extra work or extra cost, but the subdivision was specifically working to market itself towards young families who would jump on the opportunity to be part of an environmentally friendly neighborhood if it was free of that extra work and cost.

THE SOLUTION

I led with clarity on the fact that eco-friendliness didn't equate to expensive, and that this specific subdivision was trying to draw in families in the middle of raising their children. I broke the three main benefits into three easy to skim points and finished with both an action step (to visit their website) and an offering (the opportunity to make a mock house.)
