The New Yorker is an American magazine published weekly.

THE PROBLEM

The (fictional) objective of this project was to increase the number of subscriptions to The New Yorker's digital format. The requested medium was a digital banner ad that would rotate through 3 different frames all communicating the same thing without being redundant.

THE SOLUTION

Focusing primarily on the headers, I chose to have 2 of the frames emphasize the fact that this subscription makes news accessible to even the most busy and mobile individuals; I had the final frame rapid-fire clarify what types of articles are available within The New Yorker, as someone who is unfamiliar with the publication may not realize the full variety available in a subscription. I kept the benefit and call to action consistent on each slide so the reader could have clarity on the primary point being communicated regardless of which frame they happened to see.
