THE CLIENT*
*As a "SpecAd," this company has not been a client of mine
Bayer is a German multinational pharmaceutical company - one of the largest in the world.
THE PROBLEM
The (fictional) goal set out for this project was to raise awareness of Bayer's new "On-the-Go" Aspirin bottles, targeted primarily at busy individuals spending more of their waking hours out of their homes and would therefore benefit from having Aspirin on hand, not just in their medicine cabinet. The requested medium was a digital banner ad that would rotate through 3 different frames all communicating the same thing without being redundant.
THE SOLUTION
Because Bayer makes an effort to help individuals understand the full context of headaches and prevention (as opposed to just boasting of their product as the band-aid solution to a deeper problem,) I tried to keep the tone of each slide in line with: "We hope you don't suffer from the problem that would prompt the usage of our product in the first place, but if you do, we have your back." I kept the benefit and call to action consistent on each slide so the reader could have clarity on the primary point being communicated regardless of which frame they happened to see.
